Dr. Jun was born in South Korea and immigrated to the U.S.A with his family in 2001. He lived in the bay area since 2001 and relocated to Roseville to permanently settle down with his family in 2016.
He has practiced with patients of various ethnic backgrounds. He has been married to his wife, who he met in Japan while he was in university.
He graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration in Tokyo, Japan. He completed his Master of Science in TCM and DAOM (doctorate of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) degree in UEWM (University of East-West Medicine) in Sunnyvale, CA.
His specialty is in integrative pain management and psychiatry.
Dr. Jun uses several different methods such as Master Tongs Style, Four Needle Technique (Sa Arm), and Ju Heng. He uses electro-acupuncture, cupping, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises etc.
He has been married to his wife with one son since 2000. He enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and cooking.
Dr. Jun truly believes the holistic approach is much better than the traditional approach. He looks at patients’ overall health because everything is connected in regards to the body and how everything functions unlike the traditional.
